Setting up your account and dashboard overview

This guide will walk you through the process of setting up your ShopGPT account and provide an overview of the dashboard features. Follow these steps to get started.

Visit ShopGPT Pro

  1. Access the Website:
  1. Install the App:
  • Click the “Install” button on the Shopify App Store page.
  1. Enter Your Shopify Store Email:
  • Enter your Shopify store email address and click “Continue”.
  1. Select Your Store:
  • Choose your desired store from the list of available stores.
  1. Complete Installation:
  • Once selected, your store’s products will sync with ShopGPT, and the installation will be complete.

Or Create Your Account

  1. Sign Up:
  • You can directly go to the register page of ShopGPT.
  1. Enter Your Details:
  • Name: Input your name.
  • Email: Enter your email address.
  • Password: Create a secure password.
  • Remember Me: Check this box if you want to stay logged in.
  1. Connect with Google (Optional):
  • You can also choose to connect your account using Google Login for easier access.
  1. Login:
  • If you already have an account, click on Login now to access your dashboard.

Dashboard Overview

  1. Products Completeness:
  • Good Products: Displays the number of products that are in good condition.
  • Needs Improvement: Shows products that require updates or fixes.
  • Bad Products: Indicates products with significant issues.
  1. Product Sync Status:
  • Synced: Number of products successfully synced.
  • Updated: Number of products that have been updated recently.
  1. Other Completeness Scores:
  • Variants: Status of product variants.
  • Media: Status of media files associated with products.
  1. Create Product:
  • All Image: Search and manage product images using titles, handles, or tags.
  • Time: Displays the last update time for products.
  • Completeness: Shows the completeness status and any issues.
  • Source: Indicates the source of the product data.

Utilizing Dashboard Features

  1. All Fix:
  • Use this feature to apply fixes to all products that need improvement.
  1. Export Action:
  • Export your product data for further analysis or backup.
  1. Build Fix:
  • Apply specific fixes to products based on their completeness status.
