How to Bulk Fix Your Product Content

This guide will walk you through the steps how to bulk fix your product content using the provided interface. Follow these steps carefully to ensure a successful bulk fix.

Step 1: Access the Bulk Tasks Section

1. Navigate to the Bulk Tasks Section:
   • Open the application and go to the Bulk Tasks section. This is where you can manage bulk actions and edits for your products.
2. Review Your Plan Usage:
   • Before proceeding, check your Plan Usage to ensure you have enough resources (e.g., AI words) for your tasks. If you run out, consider upgrading your plan.

Step 2: Choose Filtered Products

1. Select Products to Fix:
   • In the Actions section, choose Filtered Products to select the products you want to fix.
   • You can filter products by various criteria such as All Products or by adding specific filters.
2. Add Filters (Optional):
   • If needed, add filters to narrow down the selection of products that require fixes.

Step 3: Choose Set of Actions to Perform

1. Select Actions
   • After selecting the products, choose the set of actions you want to perform. This could include AI Fix, Description, Title, or Remove actions.
2. Add Actions:
   • Click on Add Action to include additional actions if necessary.
   • Name your action for easy reference (e.g., Action 1).

Step 4: Run the Action

1. Preview the Action:
   • Before running the action, preview it to ensure it will perform as expected.
2. Run the Action:
   • Click on Run this Action to apply the fixes to the selected products. Note that this action cannot be undone, so ensure everything is correct before proceeding.

Step 5: Save the Action

1. Save for Future Use:
   • If you plan to use this action again, save it by clicking on Save Action. This will allow you to quickly apply the same fixes in the future.

Step 6: Verify the Fixes

1. Check Product Completeness
   • After running the action, go to the Products Completeness section to verify that the fixes have been applied correctly.
   • Review the Product Sync Status to see if any products were updated during the process.
2. Review Other Completeness Scores
   • Check other scores like Variants and Media to ensure all related content has been updated.
