How to import and sync raw data to your store

Learn the process for importing and syncing raw data to your store using the ShopGPT dashboard.

Step 1: Access the Import Section

Navigate to the Import Section by clicking on Import from your ShopGPT dashboard sidebar. Then click on "Add new import" to initiate the import process.

Step 2: Select Your File

Choose File Type by clicking or dragging the CSV & XLSX file option to select your file from the menu. Then upload your file by selecting the file you wish to import from your computer.

Step 3: Map Columns

Map the columns from your file to the corresponding fields in the import template. This ensures data is correctly aligned with your store's structure. Click on Save template and provide your template with a name for future use.

Step 4: Start the Import

Click on Start import to begin the import process. The system will process your file and import the data.

Step 5: Verify Imported Data

Go to the Products tab after import completion. Refresh the page to see the newly imported data. Verify that the imported data appears correctly and matches your expectations.
