How to export your product data in CSV format

Step 1: Export Product Data in CSV Format

Navigate to the Product Export section within the application to access export options. You'll find several template choices available, including Shopify, Products, Etsy, Magento, and Blog. Choose the template that matches your specific requirements—this guide demonstrates using the Shopify template.

Step 2: Map Your Export Columns

After selecting your template, you'll proceed to a column-mapping page. Available columns include Handle (Product), Title (Product), Description (Product), Tags (Product), and title_collection. You have the option to add formulas to any column by selecting "With Formula" next to each one. Additional rows or columns can be incorporated by clicking the "+ Add Row" button.

Step 3: Configure Export Settings

Verify that all necessary columns are properly selected and mapped. The interface displays your total export column count at the bottom. If desired, use the "Share Template" option to distribute this template with colleagues.

Step 4: Initiate the Export

Click the Export button to begin processing. You'll receive a notification and email once the export completes, with a download link provided for your CSV file.

Step 5: Verify the Exported Data
