How to bulk fix your product content

Learn to efficiently fix multiple products at once using ShopGPT's bulk task features.

Step 1: Access the Bulk Tasks Section

Navigate to the Bulk Tasks area within the application to manage bulk actions and edits for your products. Before starting, review your Plan Usage to confirm you have sufficient resources, such as AI words, available for your tasks. If resources are insufficient, consider upgrading your plan.

Step 2: Choose Filtered Products

In the Actions section, select Filtered Products to identify which products need fixes. You can filter by criteria like "All Products" or add specific filters to narrow your selection to products requiring attention.

Step 3: Choose Set of Actions to Perform

After selecting products, choose which actions to perform, such as AI Fix, Description, Title, or Remove actions. Click Add Action to include multiple actions if needed, and name your action for easy reference.

Step 4: Run the Action

Preview the action first to ensure it will work as intended. Then click "Run this Action" to apply fixes to selected products. Note that this cannot be undone, so verify everything before proceeding.

Step 5: Save the Action

If you plan to reuse this action, save it by clicking "Save Action" for quick application of the same fixes in the future.

Step 6: Verify the Fixes

Check the Products Completeness section to confirm fixes were applied correctly. Review Product Sync Status and other scores like Variants and Media to ensure all related content updated properly.

Additional Tips

Use Bulk Edit for widespread changes across multiple products. If on a trial plan, monitor usage limits and upgrade if you need additional resources.
